“I help people understand why they act, feel, and think the way they do. And then I help them to follow through on a plan for feeling and being their best.”
It was a chance encounter on a plane that brought Katharine to Crouch & Associates. A developmental psychologist, Katherine was on her way home from working as a performance and resilience coach for US Army soldiers when she struck up a conversation with Bill. He knew that her educational experience—advanced degrees from Northeastern Illinois University and NC State University—combined with her 20-year career as an independent consultant would make her a unique asset to the team.
And then there’s her spirited personality. Hired for her first job as a teenager scooping ice cream because of her “infectious smile and exuberance,” Katharine brings energy to everything she does. “I help people understand why they act, feel and think the way they do. And then I help them to follow through on a plan for feeling and being their best.” In her free time, the mother of four loves to play racquetball, practice yoga, read, and spend time with her husband Steven.
