“My goal is to help the fundraising profession move in a positive, new direction by focusing on what is most important: mission, purpose, and heart.”
Gregarious, unyielding, determined, energetic, poised—the adjectives Nancy Rieves’s friends use to describe her also make her an asset to Crouch & Associates. An alumna of University of Arkansas, Nancy holds a master’s and doctorate degree in education from Arkansas State University. She entered the community college world as an instructor of leadership, marketing, and business classes. In the years since, she’s established continuing education programs, held various leadership roles in college advancement, and led the establishment of the Phi Theta Kappa Foundation as its Executive Director for 10 years.
In her role at Crouch & Associates, Nancy works with partners on leadership coaching and staff development, improving organizational effectiveness, expanding giving strategies, and guiding program initiatives that build endowments. Nancy is happiest exploring new places, engaging in meaningful conversations, and gathering with friends. If you happen to visit her hometown of Birmingham, she highly recommends a meal at local eatery Rojo in Highland Park (Bob Dylan also happens to be a fan).
