“My life purpose is to positively impact people, particularly those from traditionally under-represented populations.”

What is Theo’s life purpose? “To positively impact people, particularly those from traditionally under-represented populations.” He’s fulfilled this calling as an educator, grant writer, advocate for social justice, and now by leading Crouch & Associates’ culturally-responsive programming, practices, and training.

Theo spent the past 20-plus years in a variety of higher education roles, and he holds advanced degrees from Southern University and A&M College in school counseling, psychology, computer science and a PhD in special education. A member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Theo enjoys spending time outdoors—hiking, camping, fresh water fishing—and watching pro-football (Go Saints!).
